Kathy Lohr
Owner / President, Property Management & Operations
Kathy is a licensed real estate salesperson and a California Notary Public. She is a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and holds the designation of both ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager). Kathy is also a former Adjunct Professor of Property Management at Cerritos College and currently teaches property management at Fullerton College as a guest speaker. In addition to being the Property Management Editor for the Investment Property Update, she has also written for the Orange County Register.
Kathy is also on the Legislative Committee of the Orange County Chapter of IREM. In June of 2007, Kathy joined the members of the California Business Properties Association for their California Commercial Real Estate Summit in Sacramento. She joined other property managers to lobby for real property owners. At that time she met with Senator Dick Ackerman, Assemblywoman Mimi Walters and Assemblyman Todd Spitzer.
Suzi DeFord
Suzi has been a professional in the Sales and Marketing Management industry for the past 20 years. She has held a number of Sales and Marketing positions within large Fortune 500 companies such as Denny's Restaurants and Smart & Final.
Suzi’s background and strong administrative skills will help us to determine the proper type of marketing and analysis of each property to help our clients gain the most profit from their investment properties. She manages our commercial and multi-family properties and supervises our on-site management staff.
Faith Goldman
Faith comes to us after many years with First American Title Corporation where she was the Regional Accounting Manager and responsible for the daily escrow trust accounting for twelve offices. She has a very successful track record of cost cutting and streamlining processes for accounting compliance, which improved the day to day operation of her department. She served on the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Compliance Committee. As a facilitator, she has written numerous procedure manuals for the daily office operation of accounting practices.
Prior to her work at First American, she was an escrow officer for 17 years with Escrow Network Corporation in Anaheim where she ran an escrow desk for both re-sale and re-finance transactions.
She also worked for a property management company where her main duties were to monitor unpaid rents, prepare Unlawful Detainer actions, and represent the company in Pro Per in court.
