Kathy Lohr
Owner / President, Property Management & Operations

Kathy is a licensed real estate salesperson and a California Notary Public.  She is a member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and holds the designation of both ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) and CPM® (Certified Property Manager).  Kathy is also a former Adjunct Professor of Property Management at Cerritos College and currently teaches property management at Fullerton College as a guest speaker.  In addition to being the Property Management Editor for the Investment Property Update, she has also written for the Orange County Register.

Kathy is also on the Legislative Committee of the Orange County Chapter of IREM.  In June of 2007, Kathy joined the members of the California Business Properties Association for their California Commercial Real Estate Summit in Sacramento.  She joined other property managers to lobby for real property owners.  At that time she met with Senator Dick Ackerman, Assemblywoman Mimi Walters and Assemblyman Todd Spitzer.

  • Alliance Property & Asset Management will use a written management agreement which outlines all of our responsibilities and fees.
  • Our company will provide regular communication with you and any written reports or receipts that you need.
  • We will not make any repairs or routine maintenance to your property that exceed our authorized limit.
    In the event of an emergency, such as a leaking water heater, lack of electricity or lack of water, we will make a decision without contacting you, in order to maintain the basic services for your tenants.
  • We will conduct on-site routine exterior inspections of your property on a regular basis, and will conduct interior inspections when requested by the client.
  • Alliance Property & Asset Management has access to time- proven vendors for all maintenance matters.  All owners have the choice to continue to use their current maintenance vendors if you wish.
  • We will also ensure that the best possible candidates are chosen as tenants for your property.
